The Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard, Tuesday, November 8, 1938
Funeral services for John Mutch were held Tuesday morning November 8, at 9 
o’clock from the SS Peter and Paul church with interment at Mt. Olivet 
cemetery.  Requiem High Mass was sung by Fr. Joseph Mutch of Kokomo, Indiana 
and Fr. Simon and Fr. Kelley, of the SS Peter and Paul church.  Fr. Mutch is a 
brother of the deceased, who died Saturday night, November 5, following a long 
illness.

Flowers were in charge of Mrs. Patrick L. Beahan, Mrs. Terrence P. Quinn, Mrs. 
Bruce S. O’Connell and Miss Ann Roth.  Pallbearers were Peter J. O’Connor, 
Patrick L. Beahan, Patrick McNamara, Millard S. Mitchell, Peter N. Christensen 
and Andrew Gilhooley.
