The Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard, Monday, February 5, 1940

Word has been received by Charles Schafer, Adams street, of the death of his 
sister, Mrs. Nancy Mutchler of Elk Rapids.  Mrs. Mutchler died Sunday morning, 
February 4, and the funeral services will be held in Lake Odessa Wednesday 
afternoon, February 7, at 2 o’clock, from the United Brethren church.
