Robert Martin “Marty” Myers, 38, of Belding died unexpectedly Monday , August 
24, 2009 in Grand Rapids.  Marty was born September 25, 1970 in Grand Rapids, 
the son of John and Susan Schief Myers. He was a press operator for Stahlin 
and enjoyed playing golf. 

He was married on July 15, 2000 in Belding to RayShel Smith and she survives 
along with their children, Tiffany Myers of Oklahoma, Scott Myers, Samantha 
Myers, Brett Myers, and Rebecca Myers, all at home. Marty is also survived by 
3 brothers and 1 sister. He was preceded by his parents, his father-in-law, 
Roger Smith and his grand father-in-law, Jim Smith.

Funeral Services will be 1:00 PM Thursday, August 27, 2009 at the Johnson-
Feuerstein Funeral Home, Belding with Pastor Bill Overton officiating. 
Visitation will be Wednesday evening from 6-8 PM at the funeral home. 
Interment will be in Rest Haven Memorial Gardens, Belding. In lieu of flowers, 
memorial contributions may be made to the wishes of the family.
