The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Tuesday, May 24, 1988


Mildred R. Myers, 84, of Ionia, died May 23 at the Ionia Manor.  She was born 
August 8, 1903 in Ohio, the daughter of Robert and Anna (Davis) Wright.  She 
was a member of the Ionia Free Methodist Church.

Surviving are four sons, Jean, Jack and Jerry of Ionia; James of Minnesota; 23 
grandchildren and 30 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Thursday, 11 a.m. at Cook Funeral Home in Ionia, with 
the Rev. Alfred Ruble officiating.  Visiting hours will be from 7 to 8:30 p.m. 
today and tomorrow at the Rich Street Chapel.

Subsequent Publication:  Friday, May 27, 1988

Funeral services for Mildred R. Myers were held Thursday from Cook Funeral 
Home, with the Rev. Alfred Ruble officiating.  Organist was Mrs. Howard Eckley.

Burial was in Oak Hill Cemetery.  Pallbearers were Mark Myers, John Myers, 
Harold Nichols, Dan McGraw, Nate Ziegler and Henry Mead.
