The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Friday, April 15, 1949


Guy Myers, 63, died Thursday afternoon at 2 o’clock of a heart condition at 
Central Lake where he has lived for the past fifteen years.  A former Saranac 
barber, he moved to Central Lake where he has been a barber until six weeks 
ago.

Hs leaves his wife, Nellie; a daughter, Mrs. Phyllis Dausonaw of Saranac; and 
three grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon at2 o’clock from the Ditan 
funeral home at Cedar Lake.  He will be removed to the home of his sister-in-
law, Mrs. Charles Myers, 6774 Tulare street, Bostwick Lake, on Monday where 
services will be held at 2 o’clock.  Interment will be at Bostwick Lake 
cemetery.
