E.H. Humphreys officiating, and burial in Lakeside. Mr. Myers had been in poor health for months and had gone to the hospital for observation and medical treatment. He suffered a stroke. Mr. Myers was born in Woodland township and spent his entire life in this community. He married Miss Jennie Aungst, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jack Aungst. She died at the birth of their son, Murray in 1910. In 1914 he married Miss Mildred Fink, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Fink. Besides Murray, of Lake Odessa, and the widow, he is survived by a son Ronald of Saginaw; three daughters, Doris of Lansing, Margaret of Western State Teacher’s college and Marie at home; The mother, Mrs. Ella Myers of Lake Odessa; two sisters, Mrs. Inez Gavit of Lake Odessa and Mrs. Marie Berry of Carolton Center, and a brother, Hugh Myers of Hastings.
