Funeral Services For Calvin Nash

Calvin Nast, 76, a retired Clarksville farmer, died Thursday evening at Pennock 
Hospital after being admitted at noon.

He was born May 13, 1895, in Campbell Township, the son of Orvin and Jennie 
(Leece) Nash, and attended the Clarksville School. He married Alma Groff Dec.6, 
1916, and they had lived in Campbell Township until retirement last summer.

Mr.Nash was a member of Grace Brethren Church on Vedder Road.

He is survived by his wife Alma one daughter, Mrs.Gaylord (Evelyn) Klopfenstein 
of Lake Odessa; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; a sister, 
Mrs.Harry (Esther) Sechler of St.Petersburg Fla. and a sister-in-law, Mrs.Marie 
Nash of Lyons.

Mr Nash reposed in Pickens Chapel in Lake Odessa until Saturday afternoon when 
the body was taken to the Clarksville Chapel to remain until Monday morning.

Funeral services were held at Pickens Chapel in Lake Odessa Monday at 1:30, with 
Rev. Clarence Lackey and Rev. Arthur Rider officiating. Burial was in Lakeside 
cemetery.
