He was born on June 20, 1899, in Clarksville, the son of William and Erma (Shepard) Neeb. He attended school in Clarksville. He was a member of the Pleasant Valley United Brethren Church. He married Eva Osborn in 1922 in Ionia. She preceded him in death on Nov. 17, 1974. He married Betty Ovenshire in 1975. He is survived by his wife; three daughters, Mrs. Raymond (Eldiene) Lancaster of Middleville, Mrs. Clyde (Madelin) Zeigler of Hastings and Mrs. John (Rebecca) Willitte of Lake Odessa; three sons, Ronald Neeb of Clarksville, Darrell Ovenshire of Detroit and Jim Ovenshire of Grand Rapids; one brother, Marvel of Woodland; 15 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren. One brother, Clayton, and one daughter, Emma, preceded him in death. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Pleasant Valley Untied Brethren Church with the Rev. Lee Palmer officiating. Burial will be in Alaska Cemetery. Arrangements are by Pickens-Koops Funeral Chapel, Clarksville.
