Judy Anne Nelson, 71, of St. Petersburg, Fla, formerly of Belding, passed away
Tuesday, Nov. 18, 2014, at St. Anthony Hospital in Florida.  Judy was born on July
11, 1943, in Belding, the daughter of Herbert and Maudie (Christensen) Moore.  

She graduated from Belding High School with the class of 1961 and attended the
Computer Science Institute in Miami Shores, Fla., in 1987.  She spent her working
years in the hotel-motel hospitality and insurance industries in Florida.

Judy is loved and survived by her children, Joseph (Mollie) Hewitt of Texas, Matthew
(Valerie) Chandler of Michigan, Wendy (Timothy) Riddle of Tennessee and Suzi (Adam)
Peach of Nashville, Tenn.; 14 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren; her mother,
Maudie Harrington of Belding; sister, Janet (Bob) Travis of Turk Lake, plus half
brother and sisters.

She was preceded in death by her father, Herbert Moore; stepfather, Robert
Harrington; brother, Dan Harrington; grandma and Grandpa Moore; Grandma and Grandpa
Pretzel; and her aunts and uncles.

Funeral and committal service will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Johnson-Feuerstein Funeral
Home, Belding, with Pastor Ken Harger officiating.  Visitation will be one hour
before the service.  Private burial will take place in River Ridge Cemetery,
Belding.  Memorials may be given to Alvah N. Belding Library.
