Ionia Sentinel - Friday - Oct. 17, 1873

Levi H. Nelson, one of the oldest and most respected of Boston's citizens, died 
yesterday. He has for several years past been afflicted with heart disease, and 
his death was not wholly unexpected.

There has been several cases of Scarlet fever here of late, two small children 
have died with it.
