Lillian F. Neustifter, aged 88, of Ionia passed away Feb. 2, 2010

She was born March 21, 1921 in Ionia, the daughter of Martin and Anna (Gall)) 
Halik. Lillian married Arthur Neustifter April 22, 1944. He preceded her in 
death November 1967. She graduated from SS Peter & Paul Catholic High School in 
1941, and also was a member of the Church. She was a wonderful mom and 
grandmother.

Lillian is survived by her son Richard (Janis) Neustifter of Ionia; 
grandchildren Barbara (Jay) Christensen and Debra (Tim) Smith; great-
grandchildren Abby and Jared Christensen and Aden Smith; and sisters-in-law 
Clara Dalstra and Betty Neustifter.

She was preceded in death by sisters Mary Plantamura, Anna Durak and Rose 
Batson; twin sister Angeline Barker and brothers Joseph Hallik and Martin Halik.

Memorial services will be held Saturday 11 a.m. at SS Peter and Paul Catholic 
Church with Rev. Tom Boufford officiating. The family will receive friends and 
relatives on hour prior to the service at the church. In lieu of flowers you 
may make memorial contributions to the American Red Cross. Online condolences
