Ionia Sentinel - Thursday - Feb. 21, 1889

The funeral of the late Wm. Newhouse was attended Monday afternoon, from the 
Church of Christ, Rev. W.H. Scott officiating. The interment was at Highland 
Park.

Wm. Newhouse, father of Mrs. Wm. A. Corey, died Saturday, aged 79 years. Mr. 
Newhouse was a resident of Muir for many years before removing to this city, 
about four years ago.
