LEAVES WIFE AND TWO SONS. CAME HERE FROM SUNDIELD. -------------- James Nicol, who moved to Lake Odessa from Sunfield 12 years ago, passed away Tuesday morning after a lingering illness of paralysis. Mr. Nicol, although in poor health, was a familiar figure in our village and was genial and friendly and always made friends. He leaves a wife and two sons, Otto telegraph operator at Elmdale and Therlow in high school here. The funeral was held Thursday afternoon at the home. Rev. J. W. Blickenstaff of Hastings, an old friend and neighbor gave the address and victrola music was furnished. Burial was at Lakeside cemetery.
