Ionia Sentinel Standard, 21 Apr 1964

Funeral services will be Wednesday at Belding Central Methodist church for John
F. Nielsen, 43, of 203 East Liberty, Belding, who died Sunday at Lansing after a
heart attack.  Nielsen was a Belding city fireman and had lived in Belding since
1930.  He was a veteran of World War II and was born in Greenville.

Surviving are his wife, Evelyn; two daughters, Elaina and Marilyn; two sons,
John, Jr., and Gary, all at home; his mother, two sisters, and three brothers.  

Burial will be at Little Denmark cemetery at Gowen.
