Donovan R. Niles, 61, a former resident of Ionia, died suddenly at his home in 
Detroit, Monday.  He was a veteran of World War I, a member of the American 
Legion and of the Masonic lodge.

Surviving are his wife, the former Grace Vohlers, and two children, Mrs. 
Stanley (Margaret) Nichols of Lansing and Harold Eugene Niles of Plymouth.  
Funeral service will be held at the Peters funeral home in Detroit at 11 am. 
Thursday.  Graveside service will be conducted by the Masonic lodge at 
Wacousta cemetery near Grand Ledge.
