Glenn Nobis, 69, formerly of Muir, Michigan, was born on Dec. 5, 1945, to Maxine and
Ed Nobis, who predeceased him.  He attended St. John Lutheran School and graduated
from Ionia High in 1963.

He is survived by four children: James (Tiffiny Maxwell), Susan (Larry) DeSimpelare,
Catherine Militello (Brian Burkett), Jonathan (Dawn Hafner); and four siblings:
Sharon, Lloyd, Dale and Keith.  He is also survived by 12 grandchildren.

Glenn worked at Chrysler, Northland Refrigeration and MUDD Engineering.  Glenn lost
his battle with cancer and died at his home in West Chicago, Illinois, on June 19.

A public memorial service will be held at the Lyons-Muir Church at 1074 Olmstead
Road, Muir, on Saturday, July 18 at 11 a.m.
