Ionia Daily Sentinel, 15 Jan 1918

Joseph Noble, an old resident of Otisco, died Monday in Cincinnati, where he was
in a hospital for treatment.  Mr. Noble was a cousin of the Hoppough boys of
Otisco, and for many years owned a farm at Cooks Corners.  From there he went to
Butte, Mont., to live with a brother, and when his health failed was sent to
Cincinnati.  While there Sunday, Deputy Sheriff Hoppough learned of his death.
