Ionia Sentinel Standard, 16 Oct 1972

Mr. Bernice Irene Nolty, 63, of 176 Garden, Muir, died Friday afternoon at 
Ionia County Memorial hospital following an extended illness.

Born in Montcalm county February 6, 1909, she was the daughter of William and 
Cloa Aulls.  She attended Carson City school and was married December 15, 1928, 
in Muir to William Nolty.  She had lived in the Muir area since.

Surviving are the husband, William; two sisters, Mrs. Wanda Morgan of Lake 
Odessa and Mrs. Gladys Rappleyea of Baldwin; brother, Charles Aulls of Grand 
Rapids.

Funeral services were Monday at 2 p.m. at Shaw-Rivett-Hull funeral home in 
Muir.  Rev. Richard Harrison of Lyons Baptist church officiated and interment 
was at Muir cemetery.  Bearers were Lonese Eavey, Joseph Melchert, Leo Randall, 
Lee Charles and Keith Woodbury.
