Belding- Richard G. Norman, 77, of Belding, formerly of Rockford, passed away 
Thursday afternoon, Oct. 17, 2013 at Laura's Loving Acres Adult Foster Care 
Home near Stanton.

Richard was born on April 17, 1936, in Grand Rapids, the son of Edward and 
Laura (Gage) Norman.

He was a past member of the Moose Lodge, enjoyed hunting, camping, playing 
cards and enjoyed his working career as a Certified Public Accountant in Grand 
Rapids.

Richard is loved and survived by his children and their spouses, Richard 
(Debra) Norman of Morley, Laurie Norman, Mark Norman and Sandra VanBuren, all 
of Belding; his grandchildren, Amanda, Lee,, Brad (Brandi), Nate (Breanne), 
Kyle, Ryan, Cory, Cody; and his great-grandchildren.

He was preceded by his parents; one brother, Edward; one sister, Nancy; and one 
granddaughter, Casey.

Funeral and committal services will be 11 a.m. Monday, Oct. 21, 2013, at 
Belding United Methodist Church, 301 S. Pleasant St., with Pastor Robert 
Sizemore officiating. Burial will take place privately in Rest Haven Memory 
Gardens, Belding.

Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday at the church.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the American Cancer 
Society. Envelopes will be available at the church or Johnson-Feuerstein 
Funeral Home, Belding, where funeral care has been entrusted.
