Miss Ella Normington died at her home, 319 North Jefferson street Tuesday
morning at 12:15 following an illness of several months.  She was taken sick in
March but had been seriously ill the past few weeks.

She was born in Ronald township the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William E.
Normington, and had resided practically all of her life in Ionia county.  She
attended grade school in Ronald township, and graduated from the Ionia high
school with the class on 1893.  She was employed for a number of years in the
Thomas A. Carten store and later at the Stevenson store.  She was a member of
the Baptist church.  Surviving are several brothers and sisters.

Funeral services will be held from the home on North Jefferson street, Friday
afternoon at 2 o’clock with Rev. E.E. Branch, pastor of the Grand Rapids Baptist
church, formerly pastor of the Ionia Baptist church officiating.
