Lucille J. Normington, 69, of 3420 Clarksville Road, Route 1, Portland, died 
Sunday in a Lansing hospital.  Born August 19, 1913 in Barry County, she was 
the daughter of Leon and Sarah Jackson Roush.

She was a member of South Boston Grange.  Surviving are her husband Lionel; 
three sons, Leon and Dennis of Portland and Robert of Lyons; three daughters, 
Mrs. Donald (Doris) Miller Sr. of Freeport; Mrs. Ronald (Sandy) Hill of 
Belding; Mrs. Mark (Lois) Smith of Portland; 13 grandchildren; one great 
grandchild; one brother, Walter Roush of Lake Odessa; and one uncle, Bert 
Jackson of Clarksville.  

Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday from the Neller Funeral Home, the 
Rev. Dow Chamberlain officiating.  Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens, 
Ionia.  Pallbearers will be Donald and Darwin Miller, Jeffery and Lyman 
Normington, Daniel Gilbert and David Roush.  The family will be at Neller 
Funeral Home, Portland, Monday and Tuesday evening from 7 to 8:30 p.m.
