Lake Odessa Wave-Thursday February 3, 1979

CLARA M. NORRIS
KALAMAZOO-Clara M.Norris, 45, of Kalamazoo formerly of Lake Odessa died 
Wednesday at Borgess Hospital, Kalamazoo, where she had been a patient for the 
past two weeks.

She was born in Lake Odessa November 6, 1933, the daughter of August and Fern 
(Walter) Meyers.

She attended school in Lake Odessa. She married Raymond Zeigler in 1948 and 
Dwight Norris in 1955.

Survivors include two sons, Gail Zeigler of Lake Odessa and Joel Zeigler of 
Rankin, Ill.;two daughters;Valorie Norris of Freeport; Rosetta Norris of 
Hastings; father, August Meyers of Lake Odessa; three brothers, Vern Meyers of 
Woodland; George Meyers of Ionia; Robert Meyers of Lake Odessa; two sisters, 
Mrs.James (Wilma) Faust of Vermontville; Mrs Harold (Ada) Dennie of Lake Odessa 
and three grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at the Pickens-Koops Funeral Home on Friday at 10:30 
a.m.. Rev. Richard Sessink officiated and burial was in Lakeside cemetery.
