Ionia Sentinel Standard, 14 Jun 1966

Lifelong resident of Ionia, Richard L. North, 24, of 654 North Jackson street, died
Monday evening at Ionia County Memorial hospital.  He was born November 20, 1941, in
Ionia, to Ronald and Marcella Ward North.  He attended SS Peter and Paul academy and
graduated from Ionia high school in 1961.  He was a member of SS. Peter and Paul
church.

Surviving are his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ronald North, a brother, Kenneth of Ionia,
and grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. James Ward of Carson City and Mr. and Mrs. Thomas
Chambers of Fenwick.

Rosary will be recited Wednesday evening at 7:32 at Myers funeral home.  Services
will be at SS. Peter and Paul Catholic church Thursday at 9 p.m.  A memorial has
been established for the muscular dystrophy fund.

[Transcriber's Note:  There is a notation on the obituary card that he was buried in
Mt. Olivet Cemetery.]
