Ionia Daily Sentinel Standard, 21 Oct 1975

Services for Mrs. Belvey J. North of Ionia who died of injuries sustained in an
automobile accident Thursday afternoon were held Monday at 1 p.m. at First
United Methodist church.  Rev. Charles Fullmer officiated and organist was Mrs.
Fullmer.  Interment was at Rest Haven Memory Gardens, Belding.

Attending and seated in groups were Ionia public system bus drivers; a
representative of the State of Michigan public school transportation office at
Lansing, Otto Benjamin; teachers of Ionia public schools; secretaries and office
employees, dieticians and cafeteria employees of the school system, members of
the public school board, members of the Ionia City Extension club, and the Ionia
Bowling association.

Assisting at the church were Evan Nielsen, assistant superintendent of public
schools, and Richard Hull, member of the Ionia public school board.

Bearers were Thomas Burt, Theodore Hessler, Leonard Zimmerman, Jack Wirtz,
Raymond Nash and Richard Moon.

Following graveside services a luncheon was prepared by the Women of First
United Methodist church and school dieticians and cafeteria cooks and served to
the family and friends at the church.
