Erastus North, 79, Will Be Buried at Palo Saturday



Erastus North, age 79 years, and a well-known famer living north of Palo for 
many years, died at 6 o’clock Wednesday evening at the home of his son, Victor 
North, 806 Prospect street. The cause of his death was given as old age.

Mr. North is survived by four sons, Orin North, of Greenville, Ernest North, of 
Butternut; Victor North, of Ionia, and Adam North, of Pontiac. He is also 
survived by one brother, Wallace North, and a sister, Mrs. Julia Realand, both 
residents of the state of New York.

The funeral service will be held at the Palo Methodist church Saturday 
afternoon at 2 o’clock, Sun time. Burial will be made in the family lot in the 
Palo cemetery. Rev. Potter of Palo will officiate.
