Ionia Sentinel-Standard - Wed. Dec. 18, 1991


IONIA -	 Ronald S. North, 81, of Ionia died Monday in Ionia. He was born on 
November 14, 1910, in Vickeryville.

He retired from the State Hospital in Ionia in, 1973. He was a member of the SS 
Peter and Paul’s Catholic Church and Knights of Columbus.

He is survived by his wife, Marcella; his son Kenneth of Ionia; two 
granddaughters; Corey and Kendra; and his brother Roger Chambers of Ionia. He 
was preceded in death by his son Richard, in 1966.

Funeral mass will be 1 p.m. Thursday, at the SS Peter and Paul’s Catholic 
Church, with the Rev. Charles Hall officiating.

The organist will be Renate Conrad.

Burial will be in the spring at Mount Olivet Cemetery.

The family will be at the Cook Funeral Home, Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7-8:30 
p.m. in the Rich Street Chapel, with Sister Mary Pat Beatty officiating.
