The Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard, Thursday, January 15, 1953


Mrs. Jane Hunter North, 88, of Saranac died at the Eckert Nursing Home in Ionia 
Wednesday at 9:45 a.m. after being a patient there since March 1952.

She was born in Berlin township December 21, 1864, and lived most of her life 
in the county.  Sole survivors are a number of nieces and nephews.

Services will be held Saturday at the Morris funeral home at 2:30 p.m. with the 
Rev. Glen McCarty officiating.  Interment will be in Saranac cemetery.
