LIVONIA- Gladys Nott, 82, of Livonia, died April 30 in Livonia.

She was born July 2, 1905 in Paulding County, Ohio, the daughter of Homer  E. 
Mann and Edith M. Ketner Mann. 

She was employed at the Reed Furniture factory in Ionia from 1928 to 1952, she 
moved to Lansing and then moved to Livonia in 1958 to work for General Motors. 
She retired there in 1966. 

Surviving are one daughter, Donna Noll of Livonia; one granddaughter, Michelle; 
four brothers, Ray Mann of Massachusetts, George W. Mann of Ionia, Arthur Mann 
of Westwood, N.J. and Melvin Mann of Smyrna; four sisters, Marie Nash of Lyons, 
Alice Colville of Eagle Harbor, Jennie Sancett of Palo, and Esther Evett of 
Socorro, N.M.

Funeral services will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. at the L.J. Griffin Funeral Home 
in Westland.

Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Balcom Cemetery, with the 
Rev. Willis Braun, officiating.
