Charles Noyes, Saranac died Wednesday night at the home of his brother Frank Noyes, after about two weeks of critical illness. Mr. Noyes was born in Canada, February 17, 1850. He came to Michigan with his parents when he was but six months old. He lived his early boyhood days on the farm in Sough Boston, later moving with his parents to Saranac where he attended school. Later he went to Wichita, Kans., where he owned and operated a drug store for about 30 years. He came back to Saranac about a year and a half ago to make his home with his brother. He is survived by his brother Frank, a brother, Ezra and a half sister, Mrs. Jessie Kelly all of Saranac. Funeral services will be from the home at 1 p.m. Saturday with Rev. Robert McFarland, of the Congregational church, officiating. Burial will be in South Boston cemetery.
