Ionia Sentinel Standard, 12 Jun 2002

Winona Nummer, 75, of Ionia went home to be with the Lord June 9, 2002.  Mrs. 
Nummer was born Feb. 3, 1927 in Saranac.  She was a lifelong resident of the 
Saranac and Ionia areas.  She was a devoted and loving wife and mother.  She 
was loved by many.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Manly A. Nummer.  Surviving are her 
sons, David Nummer, Douglas Nummer and Dwight Nummer; brothers, Everett 
(Mildred) Bowen, Emery (Glady) Bowen and Donald (Jo) Bowen; sisters, Elsie 
(Bowen) Moore and Doris (Bob) Harding; and grandchildren, Carmon (Scott) 
Ferman, Jerry (Mary) Nummer and Audia Nummer.

Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday at the Shiloh Community 
Church, north of Ionia, with Rev. Frank Lattimore officiating.
