The Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard, Thursday, August 25, 1921

Mrs. Eugene Rowley went to Lowell this morning called by the death of her 
uncle, Leroy Nummer.  Mr. Nummer was found dead in his bed at Grand Rapids 
Tuesday morning.  He was a former resident of this city.  The funeral will be 
held from the home his son, Fred Nummer, at Lowell Friday afternoon at 2 
o’clock and the burial will take place in Easton cemetery.
