Bobbi Jo Nummer, 49, of Ionia, passed away May 20, 2013 in Ionia surrounded by 
her loved ones. She was born March 16, 1964.

Bobbie Jo enjoyed spending time with her family, Sunday NASCAR Races with her 
friends and floating down the river in the summer.

Bobbie Jo is survived by her daughter, Amber Nummer of Muir; grand-daughter, 
Sophie Cunningham of Muir; soulmate of 34 years, George Kapp of Ionia; brother, 
Chance Cupps of Ionia; sisters, Sandra (Jeff) Keefer of Ionia, Shoni (Vaughn) 
Mayle of Ionia, and Samantha Hunter of Lyons; nephews, Russell Mayle, Cole 
Hunter, Seldon Cupps; niece, Sabria Cupps.

She is preceded in death by her mother Gayann and grandparents, Grace and Lewis 
Shattuck.

Thank you to Sparrow Oncology of Ionia, Dr. Hamdan, Angela, Nurses; Teri, Mary, 
Deb and Kathy. Special Thank you to Aunt Terri, Ellie, cousin Terry, Aunt 
Clair, Jim and Linda Bennett.

Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, May 23 at Lake Funeral Home 
of Ionia with Pastor John Prominski officiating. Interment at Keefer Cemetery. 
Visitation will be held at 10 a.m. until time of service. Luncheon to follow at 
the Ionia Moose Club.

Memorial contributions may be made in Bobbi Jo’s name to her family. Online
