The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, date unknown
Dwight Leon Nummer, aged 51, of Grand Rapids, formerly of Belding, passed away 
Tuesday, December 23, 2003 at his home.  He was born April 11, 1952 in Ionia 
County, the son of Manly A. and Winona Bowen Nummer.  Dwight graduated from 
Ionia High School in 1970.  He owned the Smyrna Grocery Store from 1978 to 
1994.

Dwight is survived by his children, Jerry L. and Mary Nummer of Belding and 
Audra L. Fleming of Belding.  He is also survived by three grandchildren, 
Patrick A. Nummer, Sarah E. Nummer and Amanda L. Fleming; two brothers, David 
A. Nummer of Eagle, and Doug W. Nummer of Ionia.  He was preceded in death by 
his parents and one granddaughter, Erica L. Nummer.

A memorial service for Dwight will be 2 p.m. on Saturday, January 10, at 
Smyrna Bible Church with Pastor Darwyn Hassert officiating.  Memorial 
contributions may be made to the Belding Athletic Association.  The family is 
being served by Johnson-Feuerstein Funeral Home, Belding.
