Hasting's Reminder - Saturday, June 19, 2021

Lisa Jean Nurenberg, age 50, of Hastings, passed away Tuesday, June 15, 2021, at 
Hastings Rehabilitation Center.

Lisa was born in Lansing on July 17, 1970, daughter of the late Bonnie (Curtis) 
and James Brighton.

She was raised in the Lake Odessa area and attended local schools graduating 
from Lakewood High School in 1989.

Lisa spent a portion of her working career employed at Carl's Market, where she 
served in several different capacities and filled multiple different jobs during 
her time.

The pride of Lisa's life were her children and grandchildren. The memories of 
time spent together will be forever cherished and preserved in the many 
scrapbooks that Lisa has lovingly made throughout the years. Time together 
typically included sharing a delicious meal, playing card games, laughing and 
simply enjoying being together as a family.

Lisa is survived by her son, Zackary (Danielle) Nurenberg; her two daughters, 
Amber (Nate Hurless) Nurenberg, Ashley Nurenberg; two brothers, Jamie (Jamie) 
Brighton, Jay (Angie) Brighton, and her three grandchildren, Elijah, Elliott and 
Emellyn Nurenberg. 

A celebration of Lisa's life will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. on Friday, July 9, 
2021 at Daniels Funeral Home in Nashville.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to Huntington's Disease 
Society of America www.HDSA.org.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Daniels Funeral Home in
