Ionia Sentinel Standard, 12 Oct 1988

Dean K. Oberlin Sr., 52, 429 Hambrook St., Belding, died Tuesday, Oct. 11, at
Orchard Hills Hospital, Belding.  He was born June 7, 1936, at Muir, the son of
Elan and Lena LaFond Oberlin.  He married Mildred Allen on Oct. 9, 1954 at
Belding.  She survives him.

Also surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Frank (Deana) Clifford of Belding and
Mrs. Dale (Darlena) Antcliff of Belding; one son, Dean K. Oberlin Jr. of
Belding; two sisters Ellen White of Muir and Phyllis Erickson of Muskegon; five
grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Friday at 1 p.m. at the Huffman Funeral Home in
Belding, the Rev. Kenneth Harger officiating.  Burial will be in River Ridge
Cemetery, Belding.  Visitation will be Wednesday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9
p.m., and Thursday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m.
