MRS. BLANCHE OBERSON
Lake Odessa - Mrs. Blanche Oberson, 83, of Eagle-point, Lake Odessa died at 
Pennock hospital at Hastings Thursday afternoon at Hastings Thursday 
afternoon following a lengthy illness.

She was born August 31,1885 in Gaines at township near Caledonia, the 
daughter of Freeman and Florence Schooley Klopfenstein and came to Odessa 
township as a young child with her  parents.

February 5, 1905 she was married to Howard Oberson and spent her lifetime in 
the Lansing, Detroit and Woodland areas.

Surviving are her husband Howard; one son, Richard S. one granddaughter and 
one great-granddaughter all of Lansing; one sister, Mrs. Ernest Bever of 
Eagle Point.

Funeral services will be Sunday at 2 p.m. at Pickens funeral chapel in Lake 
Odessa. Rev. Marvin Zimmerman will officiate and burial will be at Lakeside 
cemetery.
