Excerpts from Ionia Obituary

CATHERINE O'CONNOR

Died March 3, 2026-age 76 in Carson City, surrounded by family.
Kay was born July 16, 1949 in Carson City, MI., daughter of Lyle O'Connor & 
Bertha Martin. She grew up in Ionia.
Survived by her sons, Rob (Tricia) & Ross (Sharon) Gregory, her grandchildren, 
Mitchell (Becca), Austin (Caitlin),Brooke (Trevin), Brynn, Lilly, Dawson(Taryn) 
along with her siblings Gene (Mary), Mark, Patrick (Patricia), Sue (Steve) & 
Michael (Cheryl).
Kay spent the majority of her life in Belding & Ionia.
She was know for her desire to make people laugh & her pranks.
She worked hard & provided for her family.
A Celebration of Kay's life will be at the Log Cabin Banquet Center, 6484 E. 
Bluewater Hwy, Muir, MI 48890 on Saturday, March 7 from 2:00 to 5:00 P.M.
In lieu of flowers, those wishing may made donations to IM Safe Advocacy Center 
of RAVE.
