                O'DONNELL

William Patrick O'Donnell age 75 of Matherton, MI passed away December 21, 2023 
at Sparrow Hospital in Lansing,MI. Bill was born on December 10, 1948. in 
Ionia,MI the son of Hugh "Did" and Virginia (Henning) O'Donnell.

Bill Married Kaye Sparks on October 18, 1969. They were married 54 years, 2 
months and 3 days. They had 2 children together.Bill was formerly employed at 
Electrolux in Greenville,MI for 22 years. He also worked for Chrysler Corp. in 
Lyons,MI and other factories in the area.

When he was younger, he played the drum's for a lot of band's in the area.He 
especially had a love for jazz music. Bill loved to ride around Matherton and 
Hubbardston,MI. People in the area would give him nicknames like Cruiser Bill, 
Road Runner, WIlly and many more.

Surviving Bill is his loving wife,Kay O'Donnell of Hubbardston; children, 
Kayelynn Lyon of Matherton,MI and Gene (Tina) O'Donnell of Matherton,MI; 
grandchildren, Remi Lyon of Lyons, Jeremy Bigford of Matherton and Anna (Ramie) 
Sandborn of Ypsilanti; siblings Carol Meyers of Ionia, Terrie (Doug) Trann of 
Symrna, Linda (Randy) Sherman of Tennessee and Danny O'Donnell of Ionia. Also 
surviving are many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; 
3 brothers, Brian,Mike and Joel and brother-in-law George Meyers.

At Bill's request there will be no funeral services. Bill was such a great 
person, a  phenomenal drummer and such a jokester.His memory will live forever.
