Ionia Sentinel Standard, 2 Feb 1973

Mrs. Philomena E. Olah, 64, of route 1, Portland, died Thursday at St. Lawrence
hospital in Lansing.  Born in Westphalia, June 6, 1908, she was the daughter of Mr.
and Mrs. Michael Schafer.

Surviving are her husband, Sergius Olah of Portland; son, Dale of Portland;
daughter, Mrs. MaryAnn Goodman of Portland; three grandchildren; five sisters, Mrs.
Martha Feldpausch and Mrs. Laura Pohl of Fowler, Leona Schafer of Lansing, Mrs.
Adeline Elser, of Saginaw and Mrs. Romil Walker of St. Johns.

Rosary will be recited Sunday at 8 p.m. at Neller funeral home in Portland.  Funeral
services will be Monday at 10 a.m. at St. Patricks Catholic church in Portland. 
Rev. Fr. Terry Stewart will officiate and interment will be at Portland cemetery.
