She was born in Orangeburg August 12, 1879, the daughter of David and Mary Wherry and had lived here since 1892. On September 27, 1928 she was married to Chester Olger and he survives. Also surviving are four step-daughters, Mrs.Bessie Caverly, Mrs.Ervin Burns of this city, Mrs.George Fisher, Butternut and Mrs.Joseph Jeffrey, Muskegon; four step-sons, Elmer and Chester of this city, Alvin, Dearborn and Walter, Detroit; a twin sister, Mrs.Celia Guild, this city. There are 21 step-grandchildren. Funeral services were held on Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Huffman Funeral Home with Elder Sigmund Spencer of the Latter Day Saints Church officiating and the burial was in River Ridge Cemetery. Pall bearers were Victor Larson, Tom Potter, Bud Caverly, Leon Rich, Ervin Burns and Edward Petersen.
