William Orth, 88, died Thursday morning at 3:30 at Eckert Nursing Home.

He was born March 1, 1866, in Chesaning and lived in Ionia township for several 
years where he was a thresher.

Surviving are one son, Donald of Belding; one brother, Charles, of Ronald,

His wife preceded him in death several years ago.

The body reposes at Myers funeral home and arrangements are incomplete.
