Ionia Daily Sentinel, 14 Dec 1948

Funeral services for Mrs. Edward Ostrom of Orleans, who died Tuesday evening 
were held from the Fales-Huffman funeral chapel in Belding Friday at 2 p.m. 
with the Rev. J. Ray Gillham, pastor of the Belding and Orleans Methodist 
churches, officiating.  Interment was in the family lot in Forest Home cemetery 
in Greenville.  Bearers were Jerry Spauling, Louis Hall, Clark Palmer, Burt 
Hill, Arthur Hoyt and Harry Johnson.

Among those from away to attend the funeral were Harry Knapp and sister, Mrs. 
Lulu Snyder, and Mrs. Herman Hooper of Ionia and Mr. and Mrs. E.J. Bigler, Mr. 
and Mrs. Elmer Bigler and Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Wise of Greenville.
