Old Soldier Answers Call

James F. Ovenhouse, aged 80 years, died Saturday morning at 7 o’clock at his
home, 321 E. Division street following an illness of several weeks.  Mr.
Ovenhouse was a veteran of the Civil war and was a member of the Local G.A.R.
Post.  Funeral services were held on Tuesday morning at the Free Methodist
church and interment was in Otisco cemetery.  A number of his children from
various places in the state were here to attend the funeral.
