The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Saturday, September 7, 1940

Mrs. Augusta Cramer Overly, 70, died Friday evening at her home in Lake 
Odessa.  She was born in Sebewa township January 11, 1870 and on January 10, 
1887 she married Charles Overly.  They moved to Lake Odessa 37 years ago.  He 
died in 1936.

Surviving are three sons, John of Lansing, Lyle of Detroit and Willis of Lake 
Odessa, seven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and one brother, Oscar 
Cramer, of Lansing.

Funeral services will be held Monday afternoon at 2 o’clock from the Wortley-
Baine funeral home at Lake Odessa.  Interment will be held at the Danby 
township cemetery.
