Ionia Sentinel Standard, 6 Feb 1958

Funeral service for Carl Owen, who died at his home in South Ionia Sunday, was held
Wednesday afternoon at the First Christian church.  The Rev. Floyd Emshwiller
officiated, and interment was in Balcom cemetery.

Bearers were G.D. Rountree, Wayne Van Houten, Howard Sprague, Leslie Stedman, Roy
Weber, Harold Anslow, Harry Wagner and Glenn Piper.

Attending from out of town were Mr. and Mrs. William Bush, Port Clinton, Ohio; Miss
Della Aubill, Miss Effie Aubill, Frank Beebe, Mrs. Millie Beebe, Belding; Alvin
Aubill, Mrs. Jessie Hansen, Maurice Hansen of Eau Claire.
