The Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard, Monday, April 4, 1960

Mrs. Belle Bush Owen, 68, 107 North Arnold street, South Ionia, died Sunday 
morning at Ionia County Memorial hospital following admittance the previous 
evening.  She was born in Ionia county, September 15, 1891, the daughter of 
William and Mary Aubill.

In 1911 she was married to Dudley Bush who died in 1913.  She married Carl 
Owen in 1918 and he preceded her in death in 1958.  Mrs. Owen had lived at her 
present home 17 years.  She was a member of the First Christian church.

Surviving are a son, William Bush of Port Clinton, Ohio; one grandson; three 
brothers, Alvin Aubill of Benton Harbor, and George and Frank Aubill of 
Belding; seven sisters, Mrs. Evelyn Coates, Mrs. Millie Beebe, Della Aubill, 
Effie Aubill and Mrs. Charles Moore of Belding, Mrs. Harold Hansen of Clare 
and Mrs. Arthur Hall of Rose City.

Funeral service will be conducted Tuesday at 2:30 p.m. at Stone-Kauffman 
funeral home with the Rev. Floyd Emshwiller officiating.  Interment will be at 
Easton cemetery.
