G. Victor Packard, 77, of 123 S. Oak St., Sheridan, died Monday in Metropolitan 
Hospital, Grand Rapids.  He was born May 27, 1908, in Colfax Township, Oceana 
County.  

His wife Luella preceded him in death in 1967 and a son, Keith, preceded him in 
death in 1979.  Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Edwin (Charlene) Hansen of 
Sheridan; two sons, Roger of Orleans and Ronald of Kalamazoo; 14 grandchildren 
and 12 great grandchildren.

Funeral and committal services will be held Thursday at 1 p.m. from the Huffman 
Funeral Home, Belding, with the Rev. Kenneth Harger officiating.  Burial will 
be in Otisco Cemetery.  The family will be at the funeral home Wednesday from 2 
to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m.
