She was a lifetime resident of the Belding area and was a member of the Brink Good Neighbor Club. In 1936 she married G. Victor Packard who survives. Other survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Edwin (Charlene) Hansen of Sheridan; three sons, Ronald and Keith of Belding and Roger with the U.S. Army in New Jersey; two sisters, Mrs. Harold Brown of Cooks Corners and Mrs. Kenneth Rausch of Greenville; a brother Lyle I. Peterson of Belding, nine grandchildren. Funeral services are scheduled for 10 a.m. Thursday morning from Huffman Funeral Home. Rev. Elmer Katterjohn of the Greenville Baptist Church will officiate. Interment will be in Otisco cemetery, Ionia county. Serving as bearers will be Arthur Howard, William Hopkins, Franklin Clark, Russell Cook, Edward Tyler and Robert Munday.
