Ionia Sentinel Standard-Thurs. May 22, 1975

FAIE L. PACKARD
Mrs. Fair Louise Hummel Packard, 76, a former Ionia resident, died et Midland
Memorial hospital early Wednesday morning.

She was born in Jackson July 4, 1898, the daughter of Fred and Katherine Wright, she
attended Ionia public schools and was employed at the Ionia Memorial hospital 12
years. She was a member  of the First Christian church.

Her first husband, Irvin Hummel and a daughter, Louise preceded her in death.

She was married June 4, 1970 to Cecil Packard of Midland and he survives.

Funeral services will be Friday at 2 pm at the Myers-Roetman funeral home. Interment
will be at Tuttle cemetery.

A memorial has been established for the American Cancer society.


Ionia Sentinel Standard-May 27, 1975

Rev. Roger Gifford officiated at the funeral services Friday afternoon fro Fair L.
Packard.

Bearers were Ray McDonald, Foy McDonald, Bernard Ardis, Howard Ardis, Howard
Sheaffer, and Bert Bennett.

Burial was at Tuttle Cemetery.
