Sentinel-Std. - Monday, July 11, 1960

Word was received in Ionia of the death of Frank Palcer, 65, of 824 Crescent 
street NE, Grand Rapids. Mr. Palcer, a former Ionia resident, died at 1 p.m. 
Saturday at Butterworth hospital after an illness of several months.

Mr. Palcer previously resided on Baldie street in Ionia about 20 years ago and 
was foreman in the upholstery department at the former Ypsilanti Reed Furniture 
company.

Surviving are his wife, Helen, a son, Jack and a married daughter, Joann, both 
of Grand Rapids, two daughters, Jane and Mary Alice at home and four 
grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held Tuesday morning at St. Isadore Catholic church in 
Grand Rapids with burial at the Catholic cemetery.
